Difference between LEDs and fire

Since I've been wearing the glasses regularly in the evening, I sleep like a baby and have significantly more deep sleep and relaxation. An absolute recommendation.
I wouldn't want to be without my glasses. I really notice the difference compared to before. By wearing the glasses, I start yawning much earlier and notice that I get tired earlier than before. Reading or watching TV is also no problem with the glasses.
