For returns from Germany, we will pay the shipping costs for you.

As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase price.

Returns from abroad

The shipping costs for returns from abroad must be paid by the customer. The shipment does not necessarily have to be insured, but it must be traceable in any case. Please make sure that your shipping service provider provides you with a tracking link. If a return does not reach us, we do not accept any liability for loss in transit.
